Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
New Horizons Social Services works with individuals who have been determined eligible for services through the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), a division of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).
Our services are designed for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as the family members, informal caregivers, and direct service providers who support them every day.

How to begin
Getting Started Is Simple
Referral
Services begin with a referral through Washington State DDA. Your DDA case manager or support coordinator can initiate the process.
Assessment
We'll connect with you to understand your goals, needs, and situation — and determine which services are the right fit.

Once a plan is in place, your services start. We work alongside you at a pace that feels right, building toward your goals together.
