At New Horizons Social Services, our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential — and to support the families, caregivers, and providers who walk alongside them every day.
We believe that meaningful change happens through consistent, compassionate, and individualized support. Every person we work with has unique strengths, goals, and challenges — and our services are designed to meet them where they are.
As a contracted provider through Washington State's Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed services that make a real difference in people's lives.

New Horizons Social Services provides two specialized services through Washington State DDA — Life Skills and Staff & Family Consultation — each designed to address a distinct but complementary need.

Contracted Through Washington State DDA
New Horizons Social Services is a contracted provider through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), a division of Washington State's Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).
This means our services are funded through DDA support plans, making them accessible to eligible individuals at no direct cost. We work closely with DDA case managers and support coordinators to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
