What we offer
Services Designed Around the Person
Two DDA-funded services — built to meet individuals and the people who support them exactly where they are.
Funded Through Washington State DDA
Both of our services are contracted through the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Developmental Disabilities Administration (DSHS DDA). Eligible individuals receive services at no direct cost.
We work closely with case managers, families, and individuals to ensure services are person-centered, goal-driven, and delivered in the community settings where skills matter most.
For individuals
Life Skills
Individualized, community-based support helping adults with developmental disabilities build the practical skills, relationships, and confidence they need to thrive — from daily living and communication to emotional regulation and community participation.
- Healthy relationships & social skills
- Emotional regulation & self-advocacy
- Communication & problem solving
- Community participation & daily living
For caregivers & providers
Staff & Family Consultation
Expert guidance for family members, informal caregivers, and direct service providers who support individuals with developmental disabilities. We help caregivers build skills, reduce stress, and create more effective, sustainable support environments.
- Caregiver skill-building & strategies
- Behavior support & de-escalation
- Communication & boundary-setting
- Preventing caregiver burnout
How DDA Funding Works
Services are authorized through an individual's DDA case manager. If you or someone you support is already enrolled with DDA, ask your case manager about adding Life Skills or Staff & Family Consultation to the Individual Support Plan (ISP). Not yet enrolled? We can help you understand the process.
